This Privacy Policy describes how Anvoriq S.r.l., as data controller, collects and processes personal data of the users of anvoriq.com, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, reachable at [email protected].
3. Categories of data collected
We process identification data (first name, last name), contact data (business email, phone number), navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and — subject to your consent — data collected through analytics and marketing cookies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to (a) respond to contact and consulting requests (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1 lit. b GDPR); (b) send the newsletter (consent, Art. 6.1 lit. a GDPR); (c) comply with legal, tax, accounting and administrative obligations (Art. 6.1 lit. c GDPR); (d) protect the legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6.1 lit. f GDPR).
5. Retention periods
Data collected through contact forms is retained for 24 months from the last interaction. Newsletter subscription data is retained until consent is withdrawn. System logs are retained for 6 months. Accounting data is retained for 10 years pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
6. Recipients of the data
Data may be shared with IT service providers, communication agencies, legal and tax advisors, all appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The updated list is available upon written request to the controller.
7. Transfers outside the EU
In the event of transfers to third countries, the controller ensures adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914/EU) or equivalent mechanisms under Articles 45–49 GDPR.
8. Rights of the data subject
At any time you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
